New construction for 27,000 square foot 2 story retail center, including interiors for 17,000 square feet for Bill & Paul’s Sporthaus and coordination of tenant finishes for six shops in the Center, including Groskopf’s, Creative Learning Toys, Rethink, Orvis, T.E. Murches. Project budget $3.5 million.
