Saugatuck, Michigan. Master Plan of the entire resort consisting of 37 residential Art Deco buildings from the 1933 Chicago World's Fair. Currently in process with Phase I renovations.

FOUNTAIN STREET CHURCH •
Grand Rapids, Michigan. consulted as the owners agent for an interior sanctuary renovation.Renovations included restoration of the central organ, lighting. acoustics, and cleaning the original acoustic walls, and frescos. Advised on the placement of exterior donated sculpture.

Allegan, Michigan. Feasibility and Needs Assessment Study to determine the adaptability of the former 1892 Baptist Church into a 37,000 Square Foot regional Community Center.

Grand Rapids, Michigan. Provide an assessment through design development in converting a railroad depot into a dance school. Project postponed.
